the single rooms were spacious and had a sink, making it convenient. the location had easy parking and was on a good bus route. cleanliness was on point and the shared washrooms provided privacy. the building felt secure with passcodes and key access. and the free WiFi made up for no TV.

This is not a hotel! There is no service, the room is smelly. I will not go there next time.

In all my travels within and outside of Canada, this was my first experience staying at a university dorm. It was quite an interesting experience as everything was new to me: from staying in such a small room to sharing public washrooms and showers, etc.... but I quite enjoyed it and the money I savec on accommodation, I spent it on dining and shopping!!! The staff was extremely professional and the students were very helpful and nice!!! Not to mention that parking was available for free and easy to find. With all kinf of people staying there I felt surprisingly safe - I was alone at the time - Such a cool place to stay at for a short or maybe long period of time! Next time I am in qc I would definitely check in in this facility again.

The fact that I had to open my windows for the lack of ac which I was able to hear all the outside noises during the night which kept me awake part of it, but it's ok, I was not expecting more for the money I paid, so it's not a real complaint, this is just an observation.

Warm welcome, convenient location, easy access to public transportation, beautiful grounds, clean shared bathrooms, hot showers.

Room not cleaned until after 3rd night so no sheet or towel change. Shared bathrooms were filthy. I realise it is student accommodation but they are opening the facilities to the general public so should be cleaned regularly. The only positive is the 800 and 801 bus service that runs very frequently to quebec city and the falls.

This hotel is great for budget travelers looking for value for money. With its affordable prices and attention to detail, it offers a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, close to a major mall with a grocery store, and it's easy to access the city center and main attractions thanks to the nearby bus stop.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

A handy location between the bridge and downtown when traveling by car.

The room was much too small for 2 people and was very hot and stuffy since there was no air conditioning.

These rooms have no air conditioning or other ventilation! And the two windows were tiny. So it was literally too hot to sleep half the time.

The room had climate control and a comfortable bed. The hotel had a convenient location near Place Royale.

Reasonable value.

We were surprised to find on arrival that the standard rooms do not have air conditioning and we had to pay over double to get one of only 4 rooms which did. Thankfully one was available. To be fair, the A/C rooms are actually suites. The cheaper rooms without A/C are very small.

Clean dorm, full apartment, good Wi-Fi, affordable, convenient location, helpful staff.

Rooms not air conditioned, food service as expected for a college campus

Rooms, showers and toilets are very clean and very close to the bus that goes downtown. We had very pleasant stay just it was very hot so fan would be beneficial. There are also laundry and kitchen facilities so very good if you are on a budget. Would use it again for sure.

This hotel is quite close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. Additionally, the easy access to public transport and its proximity to a major bus stop allows guests to easily reach the city center and explore downtown and the Old City. The staff at this hotel are accommodating and provide excellent service. The rooms, although basic, have attention to detail and are equipped with basic amenities such as a shared bathroom and a comfortable bed.

All in all, everything was satisfactory.
